Login Issues on the Website: What You Need to Know

The Workaround:
In the meantime, there’s a simple workaround! Instead of logging in with your email address, try using your username. This method usually bypasses the issue, allowing you to successfully access your account and download your files.
Steps to Log In with Your Username:
- Go to the login page.
- Enter your username (instead of your email).
- Type in your password as usual.
- You should now be able to access your account.
